2023 ROSE of CABERNET

Our Rosé wine is made from Cabernet grapes grown in the Shay’s Flat vineyard (Victorian Pyrenees) by Corey Hope for M. Chapoutier. The vineyard is NASAA Certified Organic and its soils are a complex mix of mudstone and shale generously dotted with white quartz. The grapes are direct pressed to a mixture of French oak barriques and puncheons, where they ferment and age for the next 10 months.
