2023 GRENACHE

Our Grenache wine is made from grapes grown in the Landsborough Valley (Victorian Pyrenees) by Corey Hope for M. Chapoutier. The vineyard is NASAA Certified Organic and its soils are a complex mix of mudstone and shale generously dotted with chunky white quartz. The wine is fermented as 100% whole clusters and is pressed to French oak puncheons for 10 months elevage.
