Andy & Clare Ainsworth are husband and wife living in Daylesford in the Central Victorian Highlands. In 2021, the same year we opened Bar Merenda, our small wine bar in town, we hatched the idea to produce a small amount of wine. With the help of Joshua, Alan and Nelly Cooper, we produced our first vintage from just two tonnes of grapes.

We source our grapes from vineyards in Central Western Victoria that adhere to organic principles. All of our grapes are processed, and our wines aged in the cool cellars at Cobaw Ridge in the Macedon Ranges.  We are proud to deliver to you wines crafted by hand from grapes grown organically.
